1-安装vscode
2-安装python
3-打开vscode，安装platformio插件。
4-安装结束，会自动下载相关python，（或者在c盘路径下，复制需要的文件）C:\Users\WYG.platformio

5-退出vs，重新加载，就可以愉快开发。
