yarn install失败，一种解决方法

镜像设置后，还是提示网络连接失败，请重试，然后这样的错误

error An unexpected error occurred: "https://registry.yarnpkg.com/d3-composite-projections/-/d3-composite-projections-1.4.0.tgz: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=socket hang up".
