PetShop安装失败

报错提示：

Security This installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869。

msiexec.exe /i d:\PetShop4.0.msi 保存为Setup.dat 然后以管理员账号运行
