Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in the following activities:
2. Network Administration, Windows Domain Management, and Microsoft Exchange Administration. Analytical, problem solving ablility; oral and written communication skills.
3. A strong customer service focus and the ability to perform well under pressure.
4. Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage your own workload, and take responsibility for a task and see it through to completion.
5. Available to work out of regular business hours.
Desired Skills:
1. Installation and Support for Windows workstation & Servers
2. Computer network and telecom facility administration
3. System administration of Active Directory, Domino Notes, Exchange on Window infrastructure
4. Installation and Support IIS web server, FTP server, SharePoint, and Windows based VPN access
5. Website administration support.
6. Providing 1st line support in a helpdesk environment.
Preferred experience:
Ø Router, switch and telephone system knowledge
Ø VPN, FTP and Intranet skills are a plus
Ø Scripting knowledge (.Net, VBS, Jscript, etc)
Ø Exchange, Sharepoint / AD Administration
General requirements:
1. Good communication skill and team work attitude
2. Good commands of English, oral, and written.
3. Can travel to other country / part of country for technical training
4. Must be independent, self-motivated, a team player and have a people-oriented personality
