Okay I need to see who is looking for a new 'Software Development' role in Shanghai, I am currently looking to fill 10 positions at various levels, the biggest requirement is that you have good conversation english ability since I run an english only working environment.  
So here is the job List:
.NET Developers <web, win and mobile skills required>
.NET Solution Architects <webservice, SOA, smartclient, distributed, mobile, and security>
.NET Business Analysts <prefereably with good consultancy skills, in english>
Process Auditor <preferably with CMM or CMMi exposure>
Project Managers <Agile PM or CMM based project management skills>
Technical Writers
Graphic Designers

Yes the list is simple, and skills are not listed, we will be training all new staff for the first 3-6 months, you will get certifications, and your skills will get better.
