Salesforce Trailhead（一）Chatter、Group

Group & Chatter

组是Salesforce中主要的有合作关系的集合，使用者可以在组中分享信息，询问问题和更新内容。

Salesforce提供了多个不同类型的组：

Public Group：对所有组织中的成员都是开放的。

Private Group：只有组成员才能在该组中发表文章等。

Unlisted Group：该组不会出现在列表中，只有被邀请才能看到。

Group with customer：可以邀请外部用户加入的组。

Broadcast Only：该组只允许创建者的Owner发表文章，其他该组中的人可以对此条文章进行评论。

开启Group及创建分组。

Setup - Chatter Setting - Edit

打开Chatter邮件通知。

Setup - Email Setting 

Allow Email：Chatter通知所有用户。

Allow Email Replies：允许用户通过电子邮件回复，而不是通过评论Chatter。

Allow Post via Email：允许用户通过电子邮件发表Chatter。

Allow Attachment via Email：允许用户使用电子邮件将附件包含在Chatter中。

使用者可以控制他们是否需要接受Chatter邮件，接收多少等。

MySetting -> Chatter

开启Topic

Setup -> Topics for Objects

开启Feed tracling

Setup -> Feed Tracking

Chatter Action

Standard Action：在启用聊天时自动包含的动作——如Post、文件、链接和轮询。您可以定制这些动作出现的顺序，但是您不能编辑它们的属性。

Nonstandard Action：自定义动作。

Mobile smart actions：are a set of preconfigured actions, just like default actions, and are supported on the same list of objects.

Custom actions：自定义动作，可以使用VF或自定义组件。

Productivity actions：are predefined by Salesforce and are attached to a limited set of objects. Productivity actions aren’t editable, nor can they be deleted.

 

 

本来不想写博客，写博客的话需要保证大多数人都看的懂，要写得细，这样就很麻烦。不过还借这个机会是锻炼下自己，分享我学习Salesforce的过程。
