win8上装Oracle 12c Client

安装之前要保证已装Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

32 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555
64 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14632

需要选择相应的版本安装。

不然会安装失败，且sqlplus运行会报错：

"The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
