As I walked down a quiet street,I saw a big, walled garden. It belonged to a giant. The garden was famous in the neighborhood for being very beautiful. But today,it looked different.Children had found a way in.They were running around and playing loudly.
I watched from the sidewalk. The children climbed trees, picked flowers, and dug in the soil. Some chased each other, and others swung from branches. The garden was a mess.Petals were everywhere, and the grass was covered in mud.I felt a bit angry. The garden had been the giant's pride and joy,and now it was being ruined. But then, something strange happened.
As the children played, the garden began to change. The snow melted away, and flowers started to bloom.Birds came back to sing, and the air smelled like spring.I was puzzled. How could the children's mess bring about spring? The garden had always been neat and quiet. Now it was messy, but it felt more alive than ever.
I kept watching. The giant came out of his house. At first,he looked angry. But then, his face softened as he watched the children. He realized that the garden needed the children's laughter and joy.
The giant welcomed the children. They showed him how nice it was to share and be kind.I learned something that day:sometimes,a little mess can bring magic.Children can bring warmth and life to even the coldest places.
As a passerby,I thought about what the children did.Their play brought happiness, but it also caused damage. It's important to respect other people's things and hard work.True happiness shouldn't break beautiful things. If the children had been more careful, the giant might have let them in from the start.Spring could have come without all the mess.
