字符集分为：
客户端字符集和服务端字符集
mysql client
避免乱码最好的方式是将子字符集设置统一
一般都采用utf8作为默认字符集
表里存的数据是utf8的，客户端用gbk来连就可能产生乱码

latin1：一个字符占用一个字节
gbk：一个字符占用2个字节，出现的瓶颈点在于出海和国际统一
utf8：一个字符占用3个字节，比较通用的字符集，所以都默认采用
UTF8MB4：一个字符占用3个字节，emoj表情一般会选择utf8mb4
