MRP- factory calendar

An error information shows as below:

 

User is getting error as mentioned above and hence MRP can not be performed.

1      Solution or Findings

Normally * has practice of changing valid from date of factory calendars. 

Here for *– Factory calendar is 99 and valid from year is now changed to 2009

While checking in debug for material 2616260 , it was found that field MDKP-DSDAT

( MRP Date ) is having value as  21.03.2008 which lies before valid from year of factory calendar ( 2009).

31.03.2008 is calculated as 21.03.2008 + planned del time ( 10 days for 2616260 )

As a workaround solution :

 

We need to temporarily shift factory calendar 99 backwards and do the MRP run for all mentioned materials. 

After MRP Run , field MDKP-DSDAT will get updated with new MRP Run date. 

Then shifting valid from year of factory calendar 99 back to original. 

For this need confirmation from responsible person.
