ME49 Price comparison is always a Company Code currency. This is programmed in this way. Suppose a scenario where you have two bidders once is local and other is foreigner. Then common currency for comparison can be company code currency.

If you still have requirement where you would like to comparison in your desired currency, then you may have to develop another program to comparison.

In SAP standard is company code currency that is used for comparison.

In ME49, you can click on additional information button to check currency used while maintaining the quotation.

You can not change the display of currency in the list other creating your own program.

Following notes not relevant to your solution, but they very clearly that currency in ME49 is always from company code currency.
