EKPO table

Problems:

In order to perform full scope analysis on PO items, we use a query on table EKPO. 

However we see that for some items the reference to the PR is not completed in this table (field EKPO-BANFN)

Issue understanding:

PR field BANFN is not updated in EKPO table if PO is created through ME59 (Background job)

 

 

This is as per the standard program design.

If you convert a pr using trx.ME59 or ME21,these EKPO fields are not filled and as a result,
they are not transferred to communication structure CMMDA, even if these fields are attached using an append structure. (SAP NOTE 422641)

IF user wants to see PR then we can see in table EKET

 

We have checked similar cases and found the same
result field BANFN is not updated in EKPO
