SAP网络issue case

When I check with st13, I also see it returns "Acc DB" and "E. Acc DB" time which bigger than expected value which also shows network issue exist.

st13-->perf_tool-->abapmeter and see "Acc DB" and "E. Acc DB" time. The expected value is 150.

To help diagnose the network or measure network metrics you can also test the connection using SAP's NIPING program as 0000500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING:

1.on CI server, run

niping -s -I 0
2. on app8 server  --- issued instance, run

niping -c -H <CI Server> -B 10000 -D 5000 -L 60 -P 

3. on app1 server ---- non-issued instance

niping -c -H <CI Server> -B 10000 -D 5000 -L 60 -P
