apache基本站点配置

换了公司的笔记本电脑办公，win版本太低用不了docker，dockerToolBox折腾太多时间了，还是老实用wamp吧，但是配置过程中有两个问题

1.前端同事访问不了我的80端口
2.别的电脑只能访问我的首页，进不了我的路径，报404，下面是httpd-vhost.conf的正确配置
