如何查看.net framework 版本
以windows 2016 standard版本为例
通过注册表查看，找到 .NET Framework 注册表信息所在的位置：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full
查看release的数值，394802，并对照一下表格：
