Oracle 远程连接访问出错ORA-01031:Insufficient privileges！

很简单的一个经典问题：

环境：win7/oracle 10.2.0.1

现象：连接时报错ORA-01031:Insufficient privileges.

解决方法：

不能以sysdba身份连接访问，通过normal方式正常访问使用，
