第一个OpenGL程序

1.添加头文件和静态库

·添加头文件

在vs2017中添加静态库

2.为windows设备环境创建像素格式

3.创建渲染环境,添加进当前激活线程

4.在窗口关闭,退出,销毁时,删除渲染环境

wglDeleteContext(hRC);

5.设置视口大小,投影矩阵,透视,模型视图转换
