西门子博图软件打开程序报错，找不到许可证STEP 7，检查automation license manager service服务一直起不来

卸载原automation license manager service软件
安装Siemens_Automation_License_Manager_V6.2_SP5
安装时一直提示要重启电脑
删除注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager中“PendingFileRenameOperations”
最后再安装
