A balanced diet is the key to staying healthy. When choosing food, follow the Healthy Eating Pyramid guidelines. Cereals should be the main dietary source. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Choose low-fat cooking methods such as steaming, stewing, boiling, scalding or cooking in a non-stick frying pan. The use of frying and frying has also been reduced.
