　　The bar chart above illustrates the various reasons that college students find getting jobs increasingly difficult. From the perspective of employers, lack of practical experience, overly high expectations and financial crisis are in the front ranks, accounting for 57.1%, 42.3% and 36.9% respectively.

　　For college graduates, the situation of the job market is increasingly grim. To begin with, with social competition becoming keener, college graduates should be well-equipped with practical experience which suits the demands of society. Otherwise, they will find no foothold for themselves. Unfortunately, the majority of the new graduates lack adequate practical ability and operational skills. Meanwhile, another reason lies in graduates’ attitude towards employment. A large number of graduates put earnings above anything else. They aim at well-paid positions in foreign corporations or big banks and have a salary expectation of more than 5000 RMB per month. Since they won’t accept any job below that standard, many opportunities have been missed. Obviously, if they had realistic expectations of how much they should earn at the beginning of their careers, it wouldn’t be difficult for them to get a job.

　　With expanded enrollment in universities, seeking a job for graduates will become more and more difficult. Among many solutions, having a correct attitude toward job-seeking is an extremely crucial one.
