oracle pl/sql查询时dynamic performance tables not accessible错误

 

oracle 在手工创建一个用户后，用pl/sql查询时，出现以下错误：

 

dynamic performance tables not accessible, 
automatic statistics disabled for this session 
you can disable statistics in the preference menu,or obtain select 
priviliges on the V$session,v$sesstat and v$statname tables 
已经把系统权限 赋予 给这个用户了

 

百度后，解决方法如下：

 

grant SELECT ANY DICTIONARY to username;

 

因为v$开头的属于数据字典，通常称为动态性能视图。
