一、openpyxl的介绍和安装
1.介绍
openpyxl是一个用来读写xlsx文件的Python库,官方文档https://openpyxl.readthedocs.io/en/stable/tutorial.html.
在使用openpyxl前先要掌握三个对象,即:Workbook(工作簿,一个包含多个Sheet的Excel文件)、Worksheet(工作表,一个Workbook有多个Worksheet,用表名识别,如“Sheet1”,“Sheet2”等)、Cell(单元格,存储具体的数据对象)三个对象。
2.安装
pip install openpyxl
二、工作薄基本操作
1.创建一个工作薄
from openpyxl import Workbook wb = Workbook() #创建一个工作簿,默认也至少创建了一个工作表 ws = wb.active #获得正在运行的工作表,默认第0张;如果是已经存在的工作薄,获得的是打开Excel显示的工作表
2.打开已存在的工作簿
from openpyxl import load_workbook
wb = load_workbook("文件名称.xlsx") #打开一个已存在的工作薄
3.保存工作簿
wb.save("文件名称.xlsx") #保存工作簿,不写路径保存在当前文件夹
三、工作表的基本操作
1.创建表
ws1 = wb.create_sheet() #创建一个工作表,默认位置是最后一个,默认名称是Sheet1(如果前面只有一张工作表);返回工作表
ws2 = wb.create_sheet("test",0) #创建一个工作表,表名是test,位置是第一个
ws3 = wb.create_sheet(title="test2",-1) #创建工作表,表名是test2,位置是倒数第二位
2.选择表
ws1 = wb["test"] #选择表名是test的工作表
ws2 = wb.get_sheet_by_name("test") #选择表名是test的工作表
3.表名
title = ws.title #获取工作表的表名
ws.title = "newtitle" #修改工作表的表名是newtitle
wb.sheetnames #获取所有的工作表名称,返回一个列表
wb.get_sheet_names() #获取所有的工作表名称,返回一个列表

4.工作表的标签颜色

5.删除工作表
del wb["Sheet2"] #删除title是Sheet的工作表 wb.remove(wb["Sheet2"]) #删除title是Sheet2的工作表
6.复制工作表
ws = wb.copy_worksheet("wb["Sheet"]) #复制Sheet工作表,默认名称是Sheet Copy
ws.title = "Sheet的副本" #把复制的工作表重命名为Sheet的副本
四、单元格的基本操作
1.获取单个单元格
#获取单个单元格 cell = ws["A1"] #获取A1单元格,返回单元格<Cell 'Sheet1'.A1> a = ws["A1"].value #获取A1单元格的值 a = ws.cell(row=1,column=1).value #获取A1单元格的值,也可以直接写ws.cell(1,1)第一个参数是行数,第二个参数是列数
2.按行或是按列获取单元格

cells = ws["B"] #获取第二列的单元格,返回一个元组;有数据或是格式都会被获取

3.获取所有单元格

5.数字字母转换

9.移动单元格
#移动单元格,rows是正数,向下移动,负数向上移动;cols是正数向右移动,负数向左移动

10.冻结单元格

1.将每张表中固定单元格的数据聚合

六、单元格的其他操作
1.合并单元格和取消合并
ws.merge_cells("A1:C5") #合并A1到C5的单元格,如果都有数据,保留A1的数据
ws.merge_cells(start_row=1,end_row=5,start_column=1,end_column=3) #合并A1到C5的单元格
ws.unmerge_cells("A1:C5") #取消合并单元格
2.公式
打开工作薄用data_only=False(默认),写入公式之后,保存文件;再用data_only=False打开,打印单元格的value是公式;用data_only=True打开,打印value是None。
要获取单元格的value是数字,要手动打开Excel之后保存,再用data_only=True打开,打印单元格的value是数字,不能保存;用data_only=True打开之后保存,就只有数字没有公式了。

5.字体
Font(name=None, sz=None, b=None, i=None, charset=None, u=None, strike=None, color=None, scheme=None, family=None, size=None, bold=None, italic=None, strikethrough=None, underline=None, vertAlign=None, outline=None, shadow=None, condense=None, extend=None)
- name:字体名称,中文字体名称前面要加u;例u"微软雅黑"
- sz/size:字体大小,单位px
- b/bold:是否加粗;True加粗,False不加粗
- i/italic:是否倾斜;True倾斜,False不倾斜
- u/underline:下划线;single单下划线,double双下划线,singleAccounting会计用单下划线,doubleAccounting会计用双下划线
- strike/strikethrough:是否显示删除线,True显示删除线,False不显示删除线
- verAlign:superscript上标,subscript下标,baseline
- color:字体颜色,RGB颜色十六进制表示

- horizontal:水平对其方式;"general"常规, "left"靠左, "center"居中, "right"靠右, "fill"填充, "justify"两端对齐, "centerContinuous"跨列剧中, "distributed"分散对齐
- vertical:垂直对齐方式;"top"顶部, "center"居中, "bottom"底部, "justify"两端对齐, "distributed"分散对齐
- textRotation/text_rotation:指定文本旋转角度
- wrapText/wrap_text:是否自动换行
- shrinkToFit/shrink_to_fit:是否缩小字体填充
- indent:指定缩进

9.设置行高和列宽
Excel的默认行高是13.5,默认列宽是8.38;即使行高和列宽被设为0,行高最小也是13.5,列宽最小是8.38

· alignment(位置类):对齐方式
· number_format(格式类):数据格式
· protection(保护类):写保护
