1.渐进增强

    在刚开始，就针对低版本浏览器进行项目开发，然后在针对高版本浏览器进行交互效果的设置，简称渐进增强

2.优雅降级

    在刚开始开发的时候就以高版本浏览器进行开发，开发完后在针对低版本浏览器或个版本浏览器之间做兼容
