Remove the VSS information from solution

 I always get projects or solution from VSS and modify them when disconnecting with VSS Server. Sometimes these codes will never be checked in, but every time when I open them with VS, a prompt will be shown. How can we remove VSS information from projects and solution? Just modify *.csproj and *.sln via Notepad. You can get which config block you need to move at the first glance
