解决：配置文件路径错误，正确格式为
          spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test
    
        如果数据库是mysql6版本，还应加上时区， 所以完整写法：

url = jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?serverTimezone=UTC&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&useSSL=false
