文件读取

　　获取文件绝对路径：OS模块

　　os.environ["xxx"]  获取系统环境变量 
　　os.getcwd 获取当前python脚本工作路径 
　　os.getpid() 获取当前进程ID 
　　os.getppid() 获取父进程ID
