Everybody knows that eating carrots is good for our eyes.

Scientists from Singapore raised the question whether eating foods rich in antioxidants could influence one's eye health.

Grapes are full of antioxidants, so they made an experiment that was joined in by 34 adults—half of them had one and a half cups of grapes each day while the others had a placebo snack.

The placebo snack tasted like grapes but had no antioxidants.

Dr Jung Eun Kim, a researcher of the study, explained that their study was the first to find that eating grapes could improve one's eye health.
