Russ Miller is a 36-year-old man from Ohio.

When he was just 26, he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, a disease that made his hands deformed and made everyday tasks hard for him.

He said, “I can communicate better by typing than by talking because my voice is monotone, and people don't understand me well.

The keyboard has a hexagonal layout, which Russ finds much easier to use.

“I can move my fingers around without making mistakes," he said.

Now, Russ has a part-time job taking care of dogs and cats on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

He can't work full-time because of his health issues, but he is happy to have something to do and look forward to.
