Once upon a time in a colourful little town , there was a kind-hearted boy named Timmy. Timmy loved to explore the woods behind his house, where he would find all sorts of interesting things.

One sunny morning, Timmy discovered a shiny, red bicycle under a big oak tree. It was the most beautiful bike he had ever seen! Timmy knew the bike wasn't his, but he really wanted to ride it. He decided to take it home and ask his parents if they knew who it belonged to.

When Timmy showed the bike to his mum and dad, they asked, “Is this your bike , Timmy?’  Timmy shook his head.“No, it's not mine . I found it in the woods." His parents smiled and said , “ That's honest of you , Timmy. Let's find the owner together. "

They put up signs around the town with a drawing of the bike and their contact information. The next day , a girl named Lily came to their house, She was so happy to see her lost bike! She had been searching for it for days.

Lily thanked Timmy and his parents for being honest To show her gratitude ( 感激), she offered to teach Timmy how to ride the bike. They all went to the park and soon Timmy was riding with the wind in his hair , laughing with joy.

From that day on , Timmy and Lily became great friends and Timmy learned a valuable lesson: Honesty is the best policy. It not only helps you make friends but also brings happiness to everyone involved. And so , Timmy continued to be an honest boy and his adventures in the woods were filled with even more joy and wonder.
