two or more web modules defined in the configuration have the same context  root(/项目名)。to start this server you will need to remove the duplicate(s) 

产生原因： 因为tomcat为项目建立服务器的配置出现错误。错误的文件为D:\Test\Servers\Tomcat v5.5 Server at localhost-config\server.xml，当你直接复制项目时项目当中D:\Test\test\.settings\org.eclipse.wst.common.component当中的deploy-name和property name的键值没有改变而是原来项目的值。当把复制的项目再次加入tomcat的服务时就会造成以上错误。

 

解决方案：将D:\Test\Servers\Tomcat v5.5 Server at localhost-config\server.xml当中新加入的错误Context删除，同时将D:\Test\test\.settings\org.eclipse.wst.common.component当中的deploy-name和property name的键值改为新项目的名称，重新加入tomcat的服务，问题解决。
