Dynamics CRM shows invalid arguement when login

press f12 ,we can see LanguagePackageVersion is invalid ,

you can find the reason from the table OrganizationLanguagePack in the database [orgname_mscrm]

while select all the columns from this table , you will find the version column has a null value ,update this column to a correct value can fix this issue.
