git 配置 GitHub 加速下载

修改 .gitconfig 文件

全局方式：
Windows : C:\Users\username\.gitconfig
Linux :~/.gitconfig
加入以下信息:

[url "https://url.test/https://github.com/"]
	insteadOf = https://github.com/

完整示例：

[user]
	name = username
	email = username@mail.com
[core]
	autocrlf = false
	safecrlf = true
[winUpdater]
	recentlySeenVersion = 2.25.0.windows.1
[commit]
	gpgSign = false
[gui]
	pruneduringfetch = true

	insteadOf = https://github.com/

加速下载连接是：自行搜索
同理替换别的连接也可以实现，建议是加速下载（git pull），不建议使用上传功能（git push）
