CSCwu25955：使用外部操作系统浏览器进行 SAML 身份验证时失败，并提示“VPN 内部服务器错误”。

已知问题： CSCwu30750——VPN 外部浏览器 SAML 身份验证可能不会使用已定义的默认浏览器，而是会使用 Edge 浏览器。
