Review of Waltz on the Blood Moon (Review of NEKOPARA Vol. 1 & Extra)

Dear Mx. Elevenshadow,
\(\quad\)(Finding it hard to trace against time, I therefore want to apologize for no further research about your identity and some translation details while some mentioned that you are craving for such a "requiem" indeed)
\(\quad\)Your gorgeous rhetoric reminds me of a friend of mine, for which I assume that you are not way more senior than me. You may hear of famous NEKOPARA series and wonder why I mention that in a sudden. Actually I found something common in your work and it, which also contributed to my refutation against the evaluation of "only a pragmatic work" from another friend of mine.
\(\quad\)To be honest, NEKOPARA hardly pay sufficient effort on storytelling (growth for bell-bearing of ChocoVani in Vol. 1 and the origin of their intimate relation in Extra) and Minazuki Kashou behaved awfully in front of Shigure from my point of view in these two volumes. However, regardless of its "supratemporary" E-mote technique, I have to praise its handling of the heterogeneity of "neko".
\(\quad\)From the conflict about "being in heat" to the famous saying "We neko are truthful to our feelings", it was hard for me to be fault-finding about its design related to the nature of cat. Maybe it was the fact that cat is only a benign species that limites the performance of playwright. Here, provided that vampires are immortal, sanguinary and mysterious, you offered quite an impressive solution over this problem.
\(\quad\)I have neither a mania for guro nor a thirst for blood but probably only repressed by the abomination for devastating beauty. Most of the common things are normal while phliosophy beyond this mundane world is more accessible where abnormity flourishes. Crime, sex and death are solemn and harshly thumping on the door of humanity. Vampires, on the background of eternity they made pacts of loyalty and betrayal, in the hue of blood they battled for survival and freedom. Moreover, vampires are regarded as plague by human, which pillared all the struggles between different races.
\(\quad\)Miss Émile (reversedly translated according to J.-J. Rousseau's book) was a collection of contradictions, who traded herself for a distant promise and spent rest of her life in an endless torment of seeking self-identity and redemption. Her abandoning humanity was a temptation of escaping from the self-bulit confinement but was absolutely contradictory to her last principle. It then rose to an opposite of physiological nature and emotion-drived rational and series of subsequent self-interrogation. Besides the inner storm, a demand for turning to outside returned nothing in a race worshipping power and might. All of these laid a pale foundation for all the narrative and echoed in the heart of reader.
\(\quad\)I wished I could have read the entire story for many times but it proved to be too heavy for me for even a third time. It was not about the deep thought but about the heroine, who wielded power but never stood on her own feet to be the master of power in effect. The so-called gothic romance was a tragedy from evading destiny. My majestry Sylvanas walks at the edge of night with blood and death as well but her determination was ready to slash any tangles, after which I decided to follow in the past and also the future.
\(\quad\)But who said such a determination was not a sidestep from compulsory humanity...?
\(\quad\)Entre l'enfer et le paradis, où sommes-nous?
