windows安装python pip报错Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"'

 

在一个系统中共存Python2、python3的时候，pip、pip2、pip3使用的时候会报错：

C:\Users\syavi>pip2

解决方法：

python2 -m pip install --upgrade pip
python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip
