全扫描和部分扫描的区别

1.全扫描指的是一个block 里所有的寄存器上scan chain 所剩下的完全是组合逻辑和 latch

2.部分扫描是将一个block 里面部分寄存器上scan chain 剩下的是组合逻辑和latch 还有部分 FF，这样会导致部分的组合逻辑中间有 FF 而ATPG算法主要针对组合逻辑，直接导致ATPG复杂度上升覆盖率下降
