SharePoint Error:a system restart from a previous installation or update is pending

run：regedit 打开注册表

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

删除PendingFileRenameOperations，

然后继续安装SharePoint，亲测好使~
