File should not roll when commit is outstanding

java.lang.IllegalStateException: File should not roll when commit is outstanding.

监控的目录(spooldir)里面有长度为0的文件,把他删了或者改名加后缀.COMPLETE,再重启flume(有时候直接重启也没问题了)
