damned, I possess none of them

when I was reading what I had written last night, those four characteristics, I realized I lacked all of them. I don't have self-control; I am slow and lazy; I always look tired and weary; I can not even think as fast as before. Would such a person deserve a phd or success? Apparently No!

I swear, I start to follow these from today, and until the end of life.

(p.s. the portuguese suggested today, I should read Duda's book in around 2 weeks, that means 45 pages everyday. Let's see first, whether I can manage.)
