iConnector用户协议

In order to use iConnector and its services, you should read and abide by the "iConnector License Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as (this agreement). A separate agreement for a service, and choose to accept or not. Restrictions, disclaimers may be bolded to your attention.

You have no right to download, install or use iConnector and related services unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Your download, installation, login and other usage behaviors are deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by the above agreement. 2. About this service

The content of this service means that the iConnector client software provides multiple versions including but not limited to IOS and Android. You must select the software version that matches the installed mobile phone.

3. the acquisition of software

You can obtain it directly from a third party authorized by iConnector.

If you obtain iConnector or an installation program with the same name as iConnector from a third party that is not authorized by iConnector, iConnector cannot guarantee the normal use of the software, and will not be responsible for any loss caused to you. After downloading the installer, you need to follow the steps that the program prompts to install properly.

In order to provide more high-quality and secure services, iConnector may recommend you to install other software during iConnector installation, and you can choose to install it or not.

If you no longer need to use iConnector or need to install a new version of iConnector, you can uninstall it yourself.

4.software update

In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, iConnector will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of iConnector and its services, iConnector has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some functions and effects of the software.

After the new version of iConnector is released, the software of the old version may not be available. The iConnector Department guarantees that the old version of iConnector will continue to be available and corresponding services. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

5. User Personal Information Protection

Protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of iConnector, and iConnector will take reasonable measures to protect users' information. Except for the circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, iConnector will not disclose to third parties without the user's permission, and disclose the user's personal information. Note to users: You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with effective services, you hereby permit iConnector to utilize the resources such as the processor and broadband of your mobile communication terminal device. For the data traffic charges that may occur during the use of iConnector, you need to check the relevant tariff information from the operator.

8. software usage specifications

Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of iConnector, you shall not delete the intellectual property information on iConnector and its copies during the use of iConnector, reverse engineer iConnector, etc., or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of iConnector.

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account.

10. other

Your use of iConnector means that you have read and agreed to be bound by the iConnector Agreement. iConnector reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using iConnector.

如果您从未经iConnector授权的第三方获取iConnector或与iConnector名称相同的安装程序，iConnector无法保证该软件能够正常使用，并对因此给您造成的损失不予负责。下载安装程序后，您需要按照该程序提示的步骤正确安装。

为提供更加优质，安全的服务，在iConnector安装时iConnector可能推荐您安装其他软件，您可以选择安装或不安装。

如果您不再需要使用iConnector或者需要安装新版iConnector，可以自行卸载。

4、软件的更新

为了改善用户体验，完善服务内容，iConnector将不断努力开发新的服务，并为您不时提供软件更新(这些更新可能会采取软件替换，修改，功能强化，版本升级等形式)。

为了保证iConnector及服务的安全性和功能的一致性，iConnector有权不向您特别通知而对软件进行更新，或者对软件的部分功能效果进行改变或限制。

iConnector新版本发布后，旧版本的软件可能无法使用，iConnector部保证旧版iConnector继续可用及相应的服务，请您随时核对并下载最新版本。

5、用户个人信息保护

保护用户个人信息是iConnector的一项基本原则，iConnector将会采取合理的措施保护用户的信息。除法律法规规定的情形外，未经用户许可iConnector不会向第三方公开，透漏用户个人信息。为了向用户提供相关服务功能或改善技术和服务，您在注册账号或使用本服务的过程中，可能需要提供一些必要信息，iConnector对相关信息采用国际化标准的加密存错与传输方式，保障用户个人信息的安全。

未经您的同意，iConnector不会向iConnector以外的任何公司，组织和个人披露您的个人信息，但法律法规另有规定的除外。

iConnector非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。若您是18周岁以下的未成年人，在使用iConnector的服务前，应事先取得您家长或法定监护人的书面同意。

6、主权力义务条款

iConnector特别提醒您应妥善保管您的账号，当您使用完毕后，应安全退出。

用户注意事项：您的理解并同意，为了向您提供有效的服务，您在此许可iConnector利用您移动通讯终端设备的处理器和宽带等资源。iConnector使用过程中可能产生的数据流量的费用，您需自行向运营商了解相关资费信息。

7、 用户行为规范

您在使用本服务时需遵守法律法规，社会主义制度，国家利益，公民合法权利，社会公共秩序，道德风尚及信息真实性等“七条底线“要求。

8、 软件使用规范

除非法律允许或iConnector的书面许可，您使用iConnector过程中不得删除iConnector及其副本上关于知识产权的信息，不得对iConnector进行反向工程等或以其他方式尝试发现iConnector的源代码。

9、 对自己行为负责

您充分了解并同意，您必须为自己注册账号下的一切行为负责。

10、其他

您使用iConnector即视为您已阅读并同意接受iConnector协议的约束。iConnector有权在必要时修改本协议条款。如果您不接受修改后的条款，应当停止使用iConnector。
