Screen Pen FAQ
Q1: Does Screen Pen work with all apps and full-screen windows?
Yes. Screen Pen creates a transparent overlay on top of everything on your screen, including full-screen apps, videos, browsers, and presentations. Just press the Start shortcut (Shift+Command+D by default) and you can draw over any content immediately. When you stop drawing, clicks pass straight through the overlay so your apps work normally.
Q2: Will my drawings disappear when I stop drawing?
By default, your drawings stay visible on screen even after you stop — they just become non-interactive so you can use other apps normally. You can clear them anytime with Shift+Command+Q, or turn on "Clear drawing after Stop" in Settings to erase automatically. You can also save your drawings as PNG images with Shift+Command+S before clearing.
