eclipse中 properties文件 不显示中文，显示的unicode编码

原因就是因为eclipse中 XXXX.properties文件默认的编码方式是iso-8859-1。

操作设置（文字表述）
1、window --> General --> Content Types -->(右边框中) 选择Text --> Java Properties Files(点击)。
2、会看见了该界面中的File association 中出现了 *.properties(locked) (点击选中) 。
3、会看见了该界面最下方的 Default encoding: iso-8859-1。
4、将iso-8859-1 手动改成 UTF-8。
5、点击右边的 update，点击 Apply and Close 按钮。
