使用wget的cookie参数下载需要验证的网盘资源 

wget --header="Cookie: _cookie" _URL
_cookie: 点击下载按键后的 request header Cookie部分
_URL: 浏览器下载的url(先在chrome中点击下载 -> show all -> URL)
