pip速度太慢解决（使用清华镜像）

python的包管理工具pip速度太慢，经常下载时报错，可以使用清华镜像代替默认下载源。以下两种方法任何电脑都可以使用，演示电脑为Windows 10 版本1909。

临时方法

使用pip下载时，临时使用镜像（命令行）：

pip install <包名称> -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

永久方法

打开命令行，执行：

pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

1.1MB/s 2.2MB/s 6.8MB/s
