创建Spring MVC 项目

1 创建maven项目

　　*打包类型war

2 添加web.xml

　　src.main.webapp.WEB-INF  web.xml

3 添加springmvc依赖

</dependency>

4 创建配置文件

　　src.main.java.package.config

　　　　WebApp.java

　　　　　　public class WebApp extends AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer {}
