Resolution

1. Start Transaction SE01
2. Press icon Create (F6)
3. Choose Workbench request
4. Press icon Copy (Enter)
5. Enter a description in field Short Description
6. Press icon Save (Enter)
7. Set the cursor on the task
8. Navigate over the menu Request/Task -> Change Type...
9. Choose Development/Correction
10. Press icon Transfer (Enter)
11. Doubleclick the task
12. Press icon (Display<->Change (Ctrl+F1)
13. Enter Program ID R3TR 
14. Enter Object Type TABU
15. Enter Object Name MIMETYPES
16. Press Enter on the keyboard
17. Press icon Object with keys in column Function
18. Enter * in the first position of column Table Keys
19. Press icon Save (Ctrl+S)
20. In the screen Request Check press Yes

按照步骤操作后，释放请求上传就好了
