ArcGIS Server Manager打不开问题的解决。

折腾了几遍，问题依然。

打开ArcGIS Server Manager提示：This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool, and should not be deleted。

解决方法：

重新注册ASP.Net with IIS，在运行里输入：%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

应该OK了
