PlatformIO decided to download portable python interpreter

Hi

I've Python 3.8.6 installed and added to PATH.
But automatic installer of PlatformIO decided to download portable python interpreter, Is it necessary or not ?

I've found this option checked

I've unchecked it, I'll close until the issue appeared again under this change. If you found this irrelevant, please re-open.
