4.        System Analysis & Design	Prototypes SA&D Report Business Impact Analysis Site Specification Procurement plan Procurement specification and/or procurement list According to the related methodology of the SOA-QPS2 and with reference to the related Government IT methodologies and technical standards
5.        Physical Design	Physical Data Design Process Data Interface Data Catalogue Program Specification Performance Optimization Report According to the system design and development methodology proposed and adopted
7.      Program Development	Program codes and Software modules Job Control Procedures Program codes and software modules are produced according to the program specifications
8.      Unit Test	Unit Test Cases and Results No discrepancies between the actual test output and the expected output, or any remaining discrepancies are understood
9.      System Integration and Test	System Test Plan, Specifications and Results Software modules in integration No discrepancies between the actual test output and the expected output, or any remaining discrepancies are understood
10.  User Acceptance	Acceptance Test Plan, Specifications and Results Load Test Plan, Specifications and Results "Passing tests" S/W modules Expected results meeting system objectives and user requirements
12.  Data Conversion	Data Conversion Plan Data Conversion Report Conversion is completed successfully according to the data conversion plan and procedures
13.  Training	Training Plan Training Manual Training Courses Trained Users Conducted according to the Training Plan
14.  System Installation & Enhancement based on security risk assessment and audit report	Change Log and Statistics Impact Analysis Report Test Cases, Test Data, Acceptance Test Plan, Specification, Training Plan, Acceptance Test Report, Implemented Change / Enhancement Updated Documentation Problems are fixed; remedial actions or recommendations are taken; system is accepted and certified in good condition
