SqlSugar发现的小bug,作者已升级

发现DateTime类型字段加了UpdateServerTime = true,或InsertServerTime = true 属性  保存到数据库后就没有毫秒

分表后批量插入时忽略重复建的MySqlIgnore()，不起作用，报错MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): Duplicate entry '0-http://js.people.com.cn/n2/2025/0513/c360302-41224989.html' for key 'News_ibfk_1News_20250101'
